About Us
As a Grand Canyon farmer with a deep passion for connecting people to their local food supply, I'm eager to introduce a new line of artisan breads, baked at the stunning backdrop of the Grand Canyon. These hand-thrown loaves are baked right here in Canyon country with sustainably-grown ingredients: oak-farmed gourmet mushrooms, high tunnel tomatoes and peppers, bursting sprouts from our sproutery, crunchy seeds, our own garden herbs and local honeys. Even our stone-ground flour is Arizona grown. I believe the unique environment of the Grand Canyon, with its pure air and mineral-rich water, infuses our bread with an extraordinary flavor profile.
