We are a 4th generation Arizona cattle ranch that produces 100% pasture raised beef cattle.

We raise a variety of Angus and Hereford cattle with some crosses of Charolais and Gelbvieh. We do not give them any growth hormones, processed feed, or any other additives so our beef retains the natural nutrients and yellow fat that can only be found in truly grass-fed beef. By having cross-bred cattle, it encourages the best traits from both cattle to be in the calves they produce. We focus on a shorter, stocky cow that holds more yield in their chest and rear end. Through years of selective breeding, our cattle have become more equipped to our extremely steep pastures, which makes them smaller than commercial feed lot cattle and much more efficient on grass alone.

Our animals are sustainably raised on 2,500 acres of natural pasture their entire lives. They eat native Arizona grasses, helping to maintain the land and reduce risk of uncontrolled wildfires. We rotate our cattle through different parts of our pasture so that no individual section becomes over grazed, we are fortunate to have pastures that are able to sustain our herd year-round with a rare need to feed hay.
